True Hole Plasma Cutting Machine, CNC True Hole Plasma Cutter
We improved our True Hole Plasma Cutting Machine recently, which can achieve excellent cutting quality in 1:1(thickness:diameter) on mild steel.
In our new True Hole Plasma Cutting Machine Mechanic Parts, we are using all linear guide in both X direction and Y direction; we are making rail foundation much higher than normal plasma machine, the rail foundation height is 600mm, then we lower the beam end, so the machine total height is same, but the machine gravity center goes down, so machine can run much higher speed, with much better stability; we are we using helical rack and pinion, which is with much higher accuracy, and the hardness of rack is much higher than normal plasma cutting machine, so that can guarantee rack is durable enough with high cutting speed and high acceleration(min 40MG); and we are using 1500W Panasonic AC Servo Motor, and Neugart Gear Box, machine can run max 20m/min very stably.
In our new True Hole Plasma Cutting Machine Electronic Parts, we are using Hypertherm EDGE Pro CNC Controller(touch screen); Hypertherm High Definition Auto Gas Plasma Source(such HPR130XD Auto Gas); Hypertherm Sensor THC; Hypertherm ProNest Nesting Software, which is with most powerful function inside, can make sure plasma piercing and finish point very small, then get very excellent quality on small holes, especially when thickness and diameter is 1:1.
